ENO is proud to offer a lifetime warranty* on the enamelled plate of all its planchas. This exceptional warranty is a testament to our absolute confidence in the quality of our products and our commitment to supporting you in the long term.
ENO is the only manufacturer of gas and electric planchas with in-house enamelling expertise, able to offer this superior quality plate.

Lifetime warranty conditions :
- Normal domestic use : The warranty applies only to domestic use.

- Exclusion of accidental damage : Shocks or accidents are not covered by the warranty.
- Normal wear and tear : The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
Burners, 10-year warranty
For worry-free cooking, ENO offers a 10-year warranty on all burners and burners of its gas and electric planchas. Their essential components ensure optimal heating power and precise temperature control.

Chassis : 10-year warranty
ENO selects the most suitable finishes for the materials to resist corrosion and UV rays. Following the care and maintenance instructions will extend the life of your appliance.

Furniture and other components : 2-year warranty
Our furniture and all other components of your plancha are guaranteed for 2 years. We ensure the commercialization of plancha spare parts for up to 20 years and beyond.

A scratch or chip on your furniture?
Our touch-up pens in the original color of your appliance can restore your furniture to its original appearance.

Has your product been damaged during shipping ?
Even though we do our best to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition, shipping accidents can happen. Upon receiving your package, it is imperative to carefully check the contents and condition. In case of damage, you can refuse the delivery. You must report it on the carrier's delivery slip at the time of receipt.

Our After-Sales Service will then take care of the problem.
My device is out of warranty. Can I still get it repaired ?
Yes, all our products are repairable and our technicians can handle repairs even on older models. Contact our after-sales service using the form.
