Fusion griddles are distinguished by their rock-solid robustness, thanks to the use of 100% outdoor materials in their manufacture:
- Double-walled chassis:
- marine-grade stainless steel: also known as 316 stainless steel, this is a type of stainless steel specially designed to withstand very humid or salty environments, such as the seaside.
- galvanized steel with a powder-coated finish: steel covered with a layer of zinc to protect it from rust, to which a powder-coated (oven-baked) paint is applied, giving it a beautiful, uniform color and further enhancing its protection.
- The plate: made of enameled cast iron with a lifetime warranty (for griddles manufactured from 2017 onwards):
- natural non-stick coating.
- excellent heat conductor capable of distributing heat evenly across the plate, ensuring consistent cooking results for everything from fish to vegetables.
- corrosion-resistant plate.
- easy to clean, non-stick surface for healthy, fat-free cooking
Fusion griddles are available in several options:
- size 60 (two burners): designed to accommodate between 6 and 8 people, it has a power output of 5 kW and two separate cooking zones.
- size 75 (three burners): perfect for accommodating between 8 and 12 people, it has a power output of 6 kW and three separate cooking zones.
Each griddle is equipped with height-adjustable legs for comfortable cooking. The double-ramp burners ensure fast and efficient heating of the plate.
For optimal safety and peace of mind, the burners and control knobs are equipped with a thermocouple safety device and non-slip pads, respectively.
The trolley option: ideal for practical and comfortable outdoor cooking
Fusion cart-mounted griddles are designed for anyone looking for an outdoor cooking appliance that combines practicality and mobility.
Each Fusion trolley is equipped with:
- 1 built-in 60 or 75 griddle.
- 2 all-terrain wheels and 2 swivel wheels with brakes for optimal mobility.
- 2 folding shelves, perfect for storing accessories or dishes.
- 1 spice rack, unique to the Fusion collection.
- 1 black door with internal storage for gas bottles.
