Camembert with dried fruit

Servings : 4

Ingredients

  • 1 camembert
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 30 g walnut kernels,
  • hazelnuts, almonds...
  • 30 g shelled pistachios
  • 1 baguette of bread
  • salt and pepper

 

Preparation

  1. Preheat the griddle. Open the Camembert and remove the wrapping paper. Put it back in the tin, but do not put the lid back on. Make small criss-crosses on the top of the Camembert and spread with honey.
  2. Coarsely crush the walnuts and pistachios, then cover the Camembert with the dried fruit mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Wrap the Camembert in aluminium foil and place on the grill over a medium heat for 10 minutes. Serve with small slices of toasted bread.
  3. Feel free to personalise the recipe with your favourite dried fruit: cashew, cranberry, etc.
