Veal Saltimboccas with sage

For 4 people

Cooking time: 10 minutes
EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES
- Griddle: Initial, Bergerac, Fusion, or Enosign
- Griddle accessories: cutting board, cutting set, large spatula
INGREDIENTS
- 4 veal cutlets
- 2 balls of mozzarella
- A few sage leaves
- 8 thin slices of smoked bacon
- Olive oil
PREPARATION
- Flatten the veal cutlets using a rolling pin to make them as thin as possible.
- Place two slices of mozzarella and a sage leaf on top of each cutlet. Roll up the cutlets and then wrap them with the smoked bacon, securing them with a toothpick if necessary.
- Heat the griddle with a little olive oil on high heat, then brown the saltimboccas for 10 minutes, turning them regularly.
- Serve immediately!
