Flambéed Bananas

Flambéed bananas on the grill
Serves : 4
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5 to 8 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 4 bananas
- 40 g butter
- 30 g brown sugar
- 5 cl rum
PREPARATION
1. Peel the bananas. Heat the griddle over high heat. Melt the butter, then fry the bananas for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
2. In a separate small saucepan, bring the rum to a boil, pour it over the bananas, taking care to avoid splashing, then flambé them.
3. Place the lid on top to extinguish the flames. Cook the bananas for 1 to 2 minutes, turning them once, then serve immediately.
