Banana and Chocolate Spring Rolls

Serves 4

Cook time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 1/2 lemon
- 4 sheets of filo pastry
- 20g butter
- 100g dark chocolate
Instructions
- Mash the bananas with the lemon juice in a bowl. Cut each filo sheet in half lengthwise.
- Preheat the plancha. Melt the butter. Brush each filo sheet with melted butter. Place a dollop of banana mixture and a piece of chocolate on one end.
- Fold the sides of the filo sheet over the filling and roll up. Cook on the plancha for a few minutes until golden brown.
