Banana and Chocolate Spring Rolls

Banana and Chocolate Spring Rolls

Serves 4

Cook time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 4 sheets of filo pastry
  • 20g butter
  • 100g dark chocolate

 

Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas with the lemon juice in a bowl. Cut each filo sheet in half lengthwise.
  2. Preheat the plancha. Melt the butter. Brush each filo sheet with melted butter. Place a dollop of banana mixture and a piece of chocolate on one end.
  3. Fold the sides of the filo sheet over the filling and roll up. Cook on the plancha for a few minutes until golden brown.
