Grilled Brioche with Chocolate and Amarena Cherries

Ingredients
- 12 slices of brioche bread
- 30g dark chocolate
- 30 Amarena cherries
- 24 tsp Amarena cherry syrup
Instructions
- Grate the chocolate.
- Heat the plancha to high heat.
- Brush both sides of the brioche with cherry syrup and butter.
- Grill the brioche until golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle with chocolate.
- Stack 3 slices on each plate and top with cherries.
