Beef skewers with lemongrass

Serves : 4 
Preparation time : 10 minutes
Marinade : 30 minutes
Cooking time : 10 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 1 stick lemongrass
  • 4 beef fillets
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. fish sauce
  • sunflower oil
  • salt and pepper

 

Preparation

1. Peel and deseed the garlic, then chop. Chop the ginger and lemongrass. Cut the beef into strips.

2. Marinate the beef in a bowl for 30 minutes with the garlic, ginger, lemongrass, sugar, fish sauce and 1 dash of oil. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Preheat the griddle. Thread the beef onto skewers and cook on the griddle over a medium heat for 10 minutes, turning regularly.
