Beef tataki with chimichurri sauce
Serves 4
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 small red pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1 shallot
- 1 lemon
- 10 cl olive oil
- 4 beef fillets or steaks
- salt and pepper
PREPARATION
- Finely chop parsley, chili pepper, onion and shallot.
- Mix with lemon juice and oil.
Season with salt and pepper and chill. - Heat the plancha over high heat and cook the beef fillets for a few minutes on each side.
Remove from the griddle while still rare.
Cut into slices and serve with the chimichurri sauce.
