Beef tataki with chimichurri sauce

Serves 4
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 lemon
  • 10 cl olive oil
  • 4 beef fillets or steaks
  • salt and pepper

 

PREPARATION

  1. Finely chop parsley, chili pepper, onion and shallot.
  2. Mix with lemon juice and oil.
    Season with salt and pepper and chill.
  3. Heat the plancha over high heat and cook the beef fillets for a few minutes on each side.
    Remove from the griddle while still rare.
    Cut into slices and serve with the chimichurri sauce.
