Chopped steak with garlic, herbs and lemon and grilled courgette spaghetti

Ingredient

  • 660 g minced steak
  • 3 small courgettes
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 sprigs parsley
  • 4 sprigs basil
  • 4 sprigs oregano
  • zest of ½ lemon
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • 20 g butter
  • Salt

 

Preparation

1. Chop half the herbs and press the garlic cloves in a garlic press.
2. Place the meat in a bowl with the chopped herbs, garlic and chilli. Season with salt and mix well. Form into four steaks.
3. Cut the courgettes into spaghetti.
4. Heat the griddle over a fairly high heat. Add half the butter and as soon as it starts to foam, add the courgette spaghetti and fry very quickly. They should remain crisp. Set the courgette spaghetti aside.
5. Melt the remaining butter and cook the meat steaks.
6. Divide the courgettes between the plates, season with salt, finely grate the lemon zest over them and sprinkle with the remaining herbs.
7. Place the steaks on top and serve immediately with a spicy ketchup.
