Tandoori chicken skewers
Serves 4

Cooking time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 1 red onion
- 4 chicken cutlets
- 1 Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. tandoori spices
- Juice of 1/2 lemonolive oil
- A few sprigs of coriander
- Salt and peppe
PREPARATION
- Peel and chop the red onion into thick strips. Dice the chicken.
In a salad bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the spices, lemon juice and 1 drizzle of oil.
Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the diced chicken and coat with the mixture. - Pre-heat the griddle. Thread the chicken onto skewers, alternating with the red onion, and cook on the plancha over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning regularly.
- Serve sprinkled with chopped coriander.
