Japanese-style vegetables

Serves 4

Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 30g green beans, cut into pieces
- 30g snow peas, cut into pieces
- 4 pak choi cabbages
- 16 baby corn cobs, cut into pieces
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- A few drops of sesame oil
- Salt
Preparation
- Cook the green beans for 7 minutes, the snow peas for 3 minutes, and the pak choi cabbage for 1 minute in a saucepan of salted water. Drain them.
- Sauté the garlic for 1 minute on the griddle over high heat. Add the other vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes, stirring. Pour in the soy sauce and stir once more.
- Divide among plates and drizzle with a few drops of sesame oil to taste.
Tip
You can replace the pak choi cabbage with Chinese cabbage!
