Pepper and mozzarella salad

Serves 4
Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 6 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 balls of mozzarella, cut into pieces
- About 20 mini-peppers, halved and seeded
- 2 sprigs of fresh oregano, leaves removed
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Grill the mini-peppers on the griddle over high heat for about 6 minutes.
- Place them on plates along with the mozzarella.
- Drizzle with oil and vinegar, salt and pepper to taste, then sprinkle with oregano leaves.
Tip
You can replace the mozzarella with feta.
