Pepper and mozzarella salad

Pepper and mozzarella salad

Serves 4
Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 6 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 2 balls of mozzarella, cut into pieces
  • About 20 mini-peppers, halved and seeded
  • 2 sprigs of fresh oregano, leaves removed
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

 

Preparation

  1. Grill the mini-peppers on the griddle over high heat for about 6 minutes.
  2. Place them on plates along with the mozzarella.
  3. Drizzle with oil and vinegar, salt and pepper to taste, then sprinkle with oregano leaves.

 

Tip

You can replace the mozzarella with feta.
