Drawing on its experience in the marine industry, Eno chose the only marine-grade stainless steel for the chassis, which is resistant to salt spray.
With its high-quality enamelled cast-iron plate, guaranteed for life, heat distribution is uniform, enabling precise, even cooking. High edges ensure easy maintenance and clean cooking. Its large cooking surface enables you to prepare dishes for a large number of guests.
Eco-designed, it saves 20% energy thanks to the double-walled plate and chassis. Heat is thus confined without loss, and the flame's resistance to wind is excellent. Its rapid heating provides an exceptional cooking experience, for searing meat, vegetables, fish, etc. Its 7-position adjustable thermostat enables precise temperature control from 300 to 680°F.
The Enosign gas collection is available in 2 sizes, in stainless steel or navy blue steel.
The optional protective cover provides effective protection for the griddle.
