Simply placed on a worktop inside or on a service outside, the electric griddle Enosign is ideal for small spaces. Its contemporary design with the perfect connection of plate and chassis makes it unique.
With its experience in sailing, Eno chooses for the chassis the only marine quality stainless steel, which resists salt fog.
Eco-designed, the Enosign electric griddle saves 20% of energy thanks to the Double walledof the plate and chassis and its high efficiency radiant fireplace. Heat is thus confined without energy loss. Its rapid heating offers an exceptional culinary experience to sear meats, vegetables, fish... The digital control screen allows precise control of the cooking temperature from 40° to 360°C in increments of 40°C. With its high-quality enamelled cast iron plate, the heat distribution is uniform, allowing precise and homogeneous cooking. The high edges ensure easy maintenance and clean cooking. The plate is guaranteed for life.
